Paul Vitagliano
Paul Vitagliano is a versatile entrepreneur specializing in culinary event production, content creation, food-tech investments, and brand consulting. He and his business partner, Billy Harris, are highly regarded in the culinary industry, having organized over 300 live and virtual events across the country. They collaborate with renowned chefs, musicians, and nonprofits.
Paul's professional experience includes sales, development, and PR roles at Table8, a food-tech startup. He served as COO at Hedley & Bennett, a culinary lifestyle brand, and co-founded Pony Up Productions. Earlier in his career, he held various positions in sales, business development, and marketing at Bombardier Business Aircraft, known for manufacturing corporate jets. He also co-founded Style Detective, an internet trend-forecasting company, which was later successfully sold. At Qantas Airways, Paul demonstrated his leadership skills by managing large teams in management, operations, and customer service capacities.
Currently, Paul actively contributes as a board member to The Trotter Project, a nonprofit organization focused on culinary initiatives. He is also a supporter of The Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC).
